    Social Media

Using audience insight, platform behaviour and content strategy to turn social media into a meaningful source of attention, engagement and growth.

How I work

  1. Understand the problem

The brief is usually a symptom. I want the thing underneath it: what the business needs to happen, and why the current answer isn't producing it. Getting this wrong makes every step after it expensive.

  2. Gather the evidence

Before deciding on a direction, I research the market, audience and competitive landscape. The aim is to uncover patterns, opportunities and constraints that should shape the strategy.

  3. Set the direction

Research turns into a connected strategic direction, balancing immediate opportunities with the longer-term needs of the business. This creates a clear foundation for sustainable growth.

  4. Execute the strategy

Execution starts with prioritisation. I focus resources on the opportunities most likely to drive meaningful results, creating early momentum and providing a foundation for what comes next.

  5. Analyse and optimise

Data informs what happens next. I use it to identify opportunities to optimise, build on what is working and change what is not, creating a continuous cycle of learning and improvement.
